Lian Xiao Mei is a Chinese lawyer who earned a Bachelor's degree in Law and a Master's degree in Criminal Law from Northwest University of Political Science and Law in China. She also holds a Doctorate in Commercial Law from Korea University and a Doctorate in Criminal Law from Jeonbuk National University in South Korea.
She has been practicing as a Chinese lawyer for 11 years since 2013, specializing in providing legal services for foreign-invested companies using Chinese and Korean as the primary languages. Additionally, she serves as a legal advisor for various Korean companies and Chinese offices of foreign enterprises, participating in the liquidation, restructuring, investment, and mergers and acquisitions of numerous Korean-affiliated companies in China. She also acts as a mediator for the Shaanxi Mediation Center of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) and the China Chamber of International Commerce, as well as a researcher at the Xi'an Arbitration Commission Arbitration Research Institute. She specializes in international civil and commercial dispute resolution, corporate mergers and acquisitions, cross-border investment and trade, and bankruptcy and restructuring.
