While working at Jipyong Law Firm, Attorney Jiyeon Heo achieved good results in numerous civil and criminal lawsuits. While working as the only in-house attorney at the Korean office of an American broadcasting company, she handled various matters including broadcast program production, distribution, and IP management, as well as human resources and labor. I have experience in corporate law.
Currently, I am in charge of the Canadian desk at Siwoo Law Firm, and in Toronto, Canada, I am consulting on issues based on Korean law for overseas Koreans, including divorce and inheritance, as well as investments in Korea/Canada.
