In particular, he possesses broad practical experience across overall corporate activities, providing legal advisory on corporate operations such as Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) for entering Vietnam, corporate establishment, Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), and Legal Due Diligence, as well as labor law, review of various commercial contracts, real estate leases, and licensing and permits.

Currently, as an Expert Advisor at Law Firm Siwoo, he provides advisory services on overall Vietnamese laws—including investment, contracts, labor, real estate, dispute prevention, and risk management—focusing on corporate advisory related to Korean companies' entry into Vietnam and their local business operations.
