Seong-Jun Hwang, Attorney at Law, graduated with honors from law school and gained early experience through training at the Legal Training Institute of the Prosecutors’ Office and internships at Yulchon LLC. He later served as Senior Counsel at Hyundai Motor Company, where he handled antitrust, strategic investments, and corporate criminal matters.

He is one of a limited number of attorneys certified by the Korean Bar Association as a specialist in startup law. In addition to traditional corporate advisory, he has extensive experience handling a wide range of business disputes, regardless of company size. He is also the author of “Why Do Business Partnerships Fail?”, and is widely recognized as a leading expert in partnership disputes in Korea.

He has further established his reputation in criminal law by handling high-profile cases and is a certified specialist in Criminal Law, as recognized by the Korean Bar Association, providing effective defense and achieving strong results for his clients.
