So-Yeon Jeon, Attorney at Law, passed the 48th National Judicial Examination and began her career at Yulchon LLC, where she handled a wide range of civil and criminal litigation and advisory matters, including intellectual property, trade secrets, and data privacy.

She later worked in the legal department of 3M Korea, where she gained extensive experience in general corporate legal affairs, including antitrust, environmental law, serious accidents, and data protection.

She also earned her LL.M. from Vanderbilt University Law School and gained additional experience at Ballard Spahr LLP in the United States.

She is currently a partner at Siwoo Law Firm, where her practice focuses on civil law, corporate advisory, intellectual property, data privacy, antitrust, environmental law, family law, and real estate.
