Attorney Jang Gi-hwan is currently an attorney at Siwoo Law Firm. He has obtained numerous acquittals and non-prosecution decisions in criminal cases, and has also secured favorable judgments in major civil and administrative litigation matters.
His representative matters include major criminal defense cases, such as a successful constitutional complaint concerning the provision on forcible indecent act following unlawful entry into a residence, which led to the release of a detained defendant through a suspended sentence; an acquittal in a case under the Act on the Punishment of Acts of Arranging Sexual Traffic; and a non-prosecution decision in a case under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment of Sexual Crimes.

- Represented a Korean construction company in a construction payment claim against a Korean public enterprise and obtained a favorable judgment.
- Represented the defendant in a claim for cancellation of ownership transfer registration involving real estate valued at approximately KRW 10 billion and obtained a favorable judgment.
- Represented real estate owners in a claim for ownership transfer registration brought by a family clan association and obtained a favorable judgment.

- Criminal Defense for Defendants and Suspects
- Handled a constitutional complaint challenging the provision on forcible indecent act following unlawful entry into a residence under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes, which was upheld. Also defended a defendant who had been convicted and detained under the same provision, obtaining a stay of execution of sentence and a final judgment imposing a suspended sentence, resulting in the defendant’s release.
