Hyung-Chul Oh, Managing Partner, built his expertise in tax law through his work at the Jungbu Regional Tax Office and the Tax Tribunal under the Office of the Prime Minister, where he handled tax administration, tax litigation, and adjudication matters.

After serving as a partner at Sehan Law Firm, he founded Siwoo Law Firm and currently leads the firm as Managing Partner. His practice covers a wide range of areas, including corporate, tax, civil, criminal, family (inheritance and divorce), real estate, and restructuring and insolvency.

He also has extensive experience in cross-border matters involving Vietnam, Japan, and China, including investment structuring, international taxation, and cross-border disputes, providing integrated and strategic legal solutions.
