Seong-Ho Shin, Attorney at Law, previously practiced at Yuljin LLC and Dongin Law Group LLC, where he handled a wide range of matters, including construction, real estate, redevelopment and reconstruction litigation, corporate advisory, and criminal cases. He also served as Managing Attorney of Seouin Law Office.

Mr. Shin has extensive experience in handling complex disputes involving multiple stakeholders, such as homeowners’ associations, family clans, and redevelopment associations, including property disputes as well as administrative and criminal litigation. He also advises on expropriation and compensation cases, as well as customs and import/export disputes, working in collaboration with industry experts from the administrative appeal stage.

In addition, his practice includes asset preservation and enforcement proceedings, as well as intellectual property and trade secret matters.
