Seung-Ho Ryu, Attorney at Law, obtained his LL.M. in Chinese Civil and Commercial Law from Fudan University in Shanghai (2008). He has extensive experience in cross-border legal matters between Korea and Greater China, having worked at King & Wood (Shanghai), DaeRyuk & Aju LLC (Shanghai Representative Office and International Transactions Team), and Dentons (Guangzhou).

Mr. Ryu has handled a wide range of cross-border matters involving Korea, China, Taiwan, and Hong Kong, including foreign direct investment (FDI), mergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint venture formations, litigation, arbitration, and criminal cases.

As a founding partner of Siwoo Law Firm, he focuses on cross-border disputes (litigation, arbitration, and enforcement) among Korean and Chinese, Taiwanese, and Hong Kong companies, as well as advising Korean companies on investment in and withdrawal from the Chinese market, and providing legal counsel to Chinese companies in Korea. He also serves as legal advisor to local law firms across various regions in China.
