Dae-hwi Kim, Attorney at Law, graduated from Seoul National University College of Law and obtained both his LL.M. and Ph.D. in Law from Seoul National University. He served as a Presiding Judge at various courts, including the Jeju District Court, Incheon District Court, Seoul Southern District Court, and Seoul Central District Court, as well as at the Busan High Court and Seoul High Court. He also held leadership positions as Chief Judge of the Chuncheon District Court and the Uijeongbu District Court.

He retired from the judiciary as the Chief Judge of the Seoul Family Court and subsequently served as Senior Advisor at Yulchon LLC. He also served as an Adjunct Professor at Ewha Womans University Law School and is currently a Distinguished Professor at Sejong University.

Mr. Kim is currently practicing at Siwoo Law Office, where he focuses on civil and commercial matters, fair trade, family law, as well as advisory and litigation services.
