Sun-Ho Kim, Attorney at Law, has served as the head of the legal team at a medical device company, an associate at a law firm, and a managing partner at a law office, and currently practices as a partner at Siwoo Law Firm.

Among his notable representations, Mr. Kim handled a case in which the bereaved family of a soldier who died by suicide during military service sought insurance proceeds against a major insurance company. After losing at both the trial and appellate levels, he took over the case at the Supreme Court stage and successfully obtained a reversal and remand in favor of the claimant. He has also secured acquittals in cases involving violations of the Narcotics Control Act, represented clients in divorce proceedings involving property division exceeding KRW 10 billion, and handled limited acceptance of inheritance and bankruptcy of inherited estates on behalf of heirs facing debts of approximately KRW 600 million.

In addition, he provides legal advisory services to universities in Seoul, as well as numerous corporations, organizations, and professionals.
