Christine Kim, Senior Advisor, is an ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) specialist with experience at both domestic and international law firms. She has handled a wide range of matters, including international arbitration, corporate advisory, and source-of-funds consulting for U.S. EB-5 investment immigration, as well as various cross-border remittance transactions.

She currently serves as a Senior Advisor at Siwoo Law Firm, where she focuses on U.S. investment immigration, overseas remittances, and international transactions. In addition, in collaboration with Helmsley Spear—one of the oldest commercial real estate brokerage firms in New York—she provides advisory services on real estate transactions and leasing for companies seeking to enter the New York market, as well as foreign direct investment (FDI) in real estate for both individual and corporate clients.
