Jung Wook Kim, Attorney at Law, began his career in life sciences, conducting research on cellular signaling mechanisms related to cancer, diabetes, and autoimmune diseases, and participating in new drug development. He later transitioned into law, focusing on intellectual property and technology-related matters.

Mr. Kim has extensive experience in intellectual property disputes, including patent, trademark, design, and copyright infringement, as well as IT development contract disputes. He also advises startups, authors, inventors, universities, and public institutions on a wide range of legal issues.

He currently serves in various advisory roles, providing legal counsel to SMEs, startups, and creative industries, while also participating in government and industry committees related to innovation and public policy.
