Attorney Jang Gi-hwan is currently an attorney at Siwoo Law Firm. He has obtained numerous acquittals and non-prosecution decisions in criminal cases, and has also secured favorable judgments in major civil and administrative litigation matters.

Criminal Defense for Defendants and Suspects

Handled a constitutional complaint challenging the provision on forcible indecent act following unlawful entry into a residence under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes, which was upheld.
