• 소개
  Chang-Joon Jo, Senior Advisor, specializes in national and local taxation. He holds a Ph.D. in Taxation from Kangnam University, and also graduated from Kyonggi University (Law) and Sungkyunkwan University (Graduate School of Business, Taxation). He has built extensive experience in tax administration and dispute resolution through his public service career, including roles at Bucheon City Hall, the Ministry of Government Administration and Home Affairs, the Supreme Court (Tax Research Office), and the Tax Tribunal under the Office of the Prime Minister, where he served as Administrative Officer and Team Leader before retiring as a Senior Administrative Officer. In addition, he has served as a lecturer and adjunct professor in taxation and authored numerous publications on tax law and policy. He is currently Chair of the Local Tax Division of the Korean Association of Tax Law and a Tax Advisory Member of the Korea Institute of Local Finance. At Siwoo Law Firm, he focuses on local tax appeals and tax litigation advisory, leveraging his extensive practical and academic expertise.
