Siwoo Law Firm signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with TIANNI Law Firm, headquartered in Nanjing, China, on April 20 at its Seoul office in Seocho-dong. The signing ceremony was attended by Attorney Seung-ho Ryu, Head of International Practice at Siwoo, and Managing Partner Zhihua Zhang of TIANNI, who officially executed the agreement.

Through this partnership, Siwoo has further strengthened its China network by adding TIANNI Law Firm as an official partner, following its existing collaborations with major law firms in key Chinese cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, and Guangzhou. TIANNI Law Firm operates offices in Nanjing, Taizhou, and Yadong (Tibet), and has established strong expertise in areas including international trade, corporate law, and intellectual property.

Under the MOU, the two firms will collaborate across a wide range of areas, including cross-border investment advisory for Korean and Chinese companies, international trade and commercial dispute resolution, intellectual property protection, as well as company formation and tax advisory. They also plan to establish a mutual referral and engagement system, and to form joint response teams when necessary to deliver more integrated legal services.

In addition, both firms aim to enhance their global competitiveness by sharing networks and client resources, while strengthening cooperation through joint marketing initiatives and information exchange.
