Attorney Noh previously worked at KPMG Samjong Accounting Corp., where he gained extensive experience in tax and corporate legal matters. His practice includes handling tax appeals related to national and local taxes, responding to tax audits for both corporations and individuals, and providing ongoing corporate advisory services. He has particularly built strong, practice-oriented expertise by representing major corporations and key institutions in a wide range of tax cases, including corporate tax, value-added tax, acquisition tax, and comprehensive real estate holding tax.

Currently, Attorney Noh is a registered tax law specialist with the Korean Bar Association. He is also actively engaged in the public sector, serving as a court-appointed representative for the National Tax Service, a designated representative for Seoul Metropolitan Government (local taxes), and a legal advisor to the Incheon Regional Tax Office.
