On November 12, 2025, Siwoo Law Firm announced that Christine Kim had joined the firm as a Senior Advisor. Her experience includes international arbitration, commercial contracts and cross-border investment work involving Korea and the United States.

Experience across disputes and transactions

Her work has included arbitration submissions, contract review and bankruptcy research at J&K, PLC in the United States, as well as arbitration and contract matters at JIN & KIM in Korea. At US Consulting Group, she worked on documentation relating to sources of investment funds for U.S. EB-5 matters, coordination with financial institutions, and documents submitted to the Bank of Korea.

Education and professional background

Kim holds an LL.M. in Alternative Dispute Resolution from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law. She also studied at Dong-A University Law School and Purdue University. Her published profile records admission to the New York State Bar and membership of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
