Coordinating legal, accounting and tax advice

The agreement covers cooperation on business and management advice, wealth and succession planning, tax and regulatory risks, international business, and education and research. It is intended to help the two firms coordinate their work on matters that require both legal and accounting or tax input.

For international businesses and investors considering Korea, the cooperation is relevant to projects where transaction structure, tax treatment and ongoing business requirements need to be considered together.
