In a January 8, 2026 report, Money Today covered an MOU between Siwoo Law Firm and ECY Law & Consultancy, an Istanbul-based law firm, to strengthen cooperation on matters involving Korea and Türkiye.

The planned cooperation includes client referrals, joint seminars, legal information exchange, and collaboration on legal advice and research in the two jurisdictions. The firms also intend to provide bilingual support for Korea-Türkiye matters.
The arrangement is intended to help coordinate local legal expertise for businesses and individuals facing matters across the two countries. Cooperation on individual matters will be developed within that framework.
