Siwoo Law Firm held its 2026 firm workshop on January 13, bringing together lawyers and staff to review the year ahead and discuss ways of working across the organization.

Participants worked in mixed groups to discuss operational efficiency, organizational culture, business development, and entry into new markets. The format encouraged contributions from colleagues across different roles.

Managing partner Hyung-Chul Oh introduced the theme “Global Siwoo, AI Frontier.” The discussion set out the firm’s intention to strengthen its international capabilities and explore technology that supports more efficient professional work.
