Siwoo Law Firm has signed an MOU with Otani & Partners, a law firm in Japan, to strengthen cooperation on legal matters involving Korea and Japan.

The cooperation is intended to support coordination on corporate legal matters and international disputes. It covers the needs of Korean businesses considering the Japanese market and Japanese clients requiring legal assistance in Korea.

The arrangement expands the firm’s network for Korea-Japan matters. It provides a basis for the two firms to coordinate their respective local knowledge when a client’s matter involves both jurisdictions.
