Money Today reported on July 3, 2025, that Siwoo Law Firm had signed a strategic memorandum of understanding with Zhongcheng Qingtai, a Chinese law firm. The agreement was concluded at Siwoo’s Seoul office, with Seung-Ho Ryu leading the initiative.

The planned cooperation covers advice and dispute support for Korean businesses operating in China, legal assistance for Chinese investment in Korea, and contract structuring and risk management in Korea–China transactions.
