Attorney Hye-ji Jeon is a seasoned lawyer with extensive experience in corporate legal advisory and litigation, both domestically and internationally. She currently serves as a director of the Korea-China Law Association, a member of the Planning Committee of the Seoul Bar Association, and an external member of the Human Rights Management Committee of the Seoul Facilities Corporation.
Her corporate legal expertise was further solidified during her tenure as an in-house counsel at the Legal Support Group of Shinlajen Inc., where she handled various corporate advisory matters.
In addition, she gained international legal experience through training at Law Firm Deohyeong in Beijing, China. Fluent in Korean, English, and Chinese, she has provided international corporate advisory services, including joint venture establishment and foreign investment structuring in China, Vietnam, and Taiwan.
Currently, as an attorney at Siwoo Law LLC, she handles a wide range of legal matters, including domestic and international M&A, management disputes, corporate governance, and both civil and criminal litigation.
