Overview

Hyungchul was the former government official who served for Jung-bu Regional Office of National Tax Service in Republic of Korea (“NTS”). During his service to NTS, he performed a lot of tax related litigations and claims including cancellation of certain rights based on fraudulent action involved, a legal action vis-a-vis an allotment of demurrer and subrogation actions by creditors. Then, he continuously served for the Tax Tribunal under the office of Prime Minister in the Republic of Korea. He implemented various investigations and conducted hearings with his own initiative. Based on his own expertise from his service to the Korean public sector, he found new professional home, and joined one of the prominent Korean law firms to develop his own professional career. Now he is the head of Tax Division at Siwoo who leads and coordinates in handling the tax related issue, inheritance and gift, and even real estate issues.
