Overview

Dan is one of the best practitioners in a field of fair trade and antitrust cases under the relevant laws of the Republic of Korea. He demonstrated his talent in many antitrust cases(even extended to cross border case between Korea and the U.S.) including the Korean Ramen companies’ collusion case to have been filed in U.S., the Korean air-condition manufacturers’ unfair price fixing case, and unlawful internal trade committed by SPC group, one of the most prominent bakery companies in Korea. Also, he has not only led an excellent criminal litigation team at Siwoo, but also elicited many judgments in favor of our clients in very tough cases.
