Overview

Seung-Ho has been upbuilding his own reputation as an outstanding legal experts on basis of his experiences of inbound and outbound transactions from the People’s Republic of China (“PRC”) to the Republic of Korea or vice versa for more than 9 years. His specialty came from, including but not limited to, legal advice to various clients on: i) complex issues came from each country’s foreign investment laws; ii) the laws on banking and finance; iii) establishment of entity; and iv) suitable legal solution to legal issues arising out of their day-to-day business. Also, he has gotten actively carried out pretrial process, actual litigations, judgment enforcement including seeking for permanent injunction and money damage claims in Far East Area. Recently, he participated in cross border M&A projects, performed legal due diligence on the target companies, negotiated and drafted a variety of contracts including share sale and purchase agreements, which pursued in both PRC and Republic of Korea.
